Your space for science.
From 2027 onwards, visitors to Q will be able to ask questions and engage in dialogue with scientists at exhibitions, events and workshops. This project is made possible by the University of Vienna, the Vienna University of Technology, the Austrian Academy of Sciences, the Federal Ministry of Education and the Federal Ministry for Women, Science and Research.
Curiosity meets knowledge
Science communication on equal terms: Austria's largest science communication centre is being build in the heart of Vienna, spanning 4,000 m². This joint project between the University of Vienna, the Vienna University of Technology, and the Austrian Academy of Sciences will allow interested visitors to engage with research and science through exhibitions, events, hands-on laboratories, and much more when it opens in 2027.
